ONLINE PURCHASES:
We want you to love everything you order from Olivine, but should you be less than happy...please return it to Olivine within 30 days along with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to send a replacement or refund your purchase to your credit card. We will not issue cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (UPS,FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on open color cosmetics or fragrances.
